About this repair supervisor gift
A repair supervisor is the person who keeps the crew moving when a job goes sideways: reassigning techs, checking the work before it leaves the bay, and taking the call when a customer is upset. They usually started on the tools themselves, so they respect the work and notice when someone rushes a fix. A gift that nods to the title and the years on the floor lands well. A tee for the shop, a hoodie for the cold morning truck check, or a mug for the office desk where the paperwork piles up. Put the title on the main line and add a second line for their shop, crew or the year they got the promotion, so it reads as theirs and not a generic job shirt. If you're buying for the whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better send-off or holiday gift than another round of donuts.
