About this residential assistant gift
A residential assistant is usually a student or a young staffer living on a dorm floor, keeping an eye on the hallway, handling lockouts at midnight, running floor meetings and checking in on people who are homesick or stressed out. The job asks for patience, a long memory for names and a willingness to answer the door at odd hours. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. Put the residence hall or floor name on a tee, or add the year they served so the shirt marks a specific season of their life. A hoodie is useful for the chilly late-night rounds, and a mug suits the desk they'll study at between duties. If you're buying for a whole staff, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to mean more than a generic group gift.
