About this residential director gift
A residential director usually runs the day-to-day life of a building full of people: staff schedules, resident concerns, safety rounds, the late-night phone call that somebody needs to handle. It's a job where you're on call in a way most people never are, and the work tends to go unseen until something goes wrong. A gift that acknowledges that work lands better than a generic work tee. Put their title on it, or add the name of the hall, the building or the campus they oversee, so it reads as their job and not a catchall. Many designs have a second line, which is the place to add a building name or a year they started. A mug for the office is the everyday reminder that someone noticed what they carry. A hoodie suits the early mornings and the walks across campus after dark. Pick the product that matches how they spend their days, and the title on it does the rest.
