Proud Residential Instructor Script & Block mug

About this residential instructor gift

A residential instructor works where the day doesn't end at three o'clock. They're with students in group homes, residential schools and treatment programs, often through evenings, weekends and overnight shifts, building routines, patience and trust one small moment at a time. The gifts that land best tend to be the ones that acknowledge that quiet, steady work. A soft tee they can wear on a day off, a hoodie for the cold night shift, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they drink between check-ins. Make it personal by adding their name, the program or unit they work in, or a year they started. A second line like that turns a generic job shirt into their shirt. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own size, which tends to mean more than another round of takeout. It's also a fitting thank-you during staff appreciation weeks or at the end of a long placement.
