About this retail assistant manager gift
Retail assistant managers work the seam between the sales floor and the back office. They cover the opening and closing shifts, handle the register when the line gets long, and spend the rest of the time fixing schedules, counting stock and calming down customers who want to talk to someone with more authority. Most of the job happens on their feet, and much of it is invisible to anyone who isn't on the team. A gift that acknowledges the title tends to land well. A soft tee they can wear on a day off, a hoodie for the chilly stockroom, or a mug for the break room where they finally sit down for ten minutes. You can make it theirs by typing the exact title into the text box, or adding the store name or a year on the second line if the design has room. Many shoppers also add the number of years they've been with the company, which tells the recipient you noticed the climb.
