About this supervisor care gift
A supervisor in care work is usually the person who holds the schedule together, covers the call-outs, and still finds time to check on residents or clients when the day is falling apart. They often start as direct care staff and move up, so they know the floor and the paperwork both. What lands well is something that acknowledges that dual role. A tee for the long shift, a hoodie for the cold drive in before dawn, or a mug that's clearly theirs for the coffee they drink standing up in the office. Put the words supervisor care on the front and add their name or their facility's unit on a second line so it feels personal rather than generic. Many designs have that second line ready. If you're buying for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you print one design with everyone's name, which tends to mean more than a card passed around the break room.
