About this supervisor installation gift
A supervisor for an installation crew is the person who knows where every cable runs, which truck has the right fittings, and how to talk a customer down when a job runs long. They spend their days on job sites and in the van, so the gifts that land are practical ones they'll actually reach for at six in the morning. A dark tee for the hot afternoon on a roof, a hoodie for the cold ride out, or a mug for the coffee they drink standing up in the yard before the crew arrives. Make it theirs by adding their name on the second line, or the crew or territory they run, so it reads as their role and not a generic work shirt. If you're buying for the whole crew, one design with each person's name on their own shirt works well for a holiday or a send-off after a big project wraps up. Many supervisors have worked up through the trade, so a line about the years they've put in can mean more than the job title alone.
