About this supervisor pastry gift
A pastry supervisor runs the bakery side of a kitchen before dawn, scheduling the laminators, keeping an eye on proof times and making sure the morning croissants come out of the oven on time. It's a job of early alarms, flour on everything and standing over a bench checking dough that someone else shaped. The gifts that land tend to be the ones that acknowledge the hours. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the walk-in cooler, a mug that's clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the pastry station. Put their title on it, or add the kitchen or bakery name if you know it. Then it's no longer a generic baker shirt but the one their crew would recognize across the kitchen. If you're buying for the whole team, one design with each person's name on their own shirt makes a better thank-you than another sheet cake.
