About this supervisor personal gift
A supervisor is the person who gets pulled into every problem on the floor, covers the open shift, and still has to fill out the schedule and the incident reports before going home. A gift for them should acknowledge that they carry a lot. Something they can wear on a day off, or set on the desk during a long week, does that better than a generic office gift. Their job title on a tee or hoodie tells coworkers this person is the one who runs things. The word personal on a design can read as a nod to the part of the job that's really about looking after the people on the team. You can add a second line with their department, shift, or the year they took the role, so it's clearly theirs. If you're shopping for a whole supervisor group, the Team Shop lets you print one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which tends to land well at the end of a busy quarter.
