About this trackwalker gift
A trackwalker is a railroad worker who walks the line to inspect track, rails, ties and signals, often in heat, cold and rain, and usually long before the trains arrive. It's a job most people never think about until something goes wrong, which makes a gift that names it feel especially personal. A tee or hoodie with the word on it is something they can wear on a day off without explaining what they do. A mug suits the early start, when the coffee has to last through a long shift on the right-of-way. If you're buying for someone you know well, add a second line with their railroad, their division or the year they started, and the gift stops being a job title and becomes theirs.
