About this training instructor gift
Training instructors spend their days turning nervous new hires into people who can do the job, and they often do it while standing at the front of a room repeating the same safety steps for the twentieth time. A gift that acknowledges that patience lands well. Their work is mostly invisible: the cohort that finally gets the procedure right, the rookie who asks a question because they felt safe enough to. A t-shirt or hoodie with training instructor on it is a fine start, and a mug is the one they'll actually reach for at a 7 a.m. session. To make it theirs, use the second line for their name, their department, or the subject they teach. Trainers wear a lot of hats, and a gift that names the specific one they wear every day feels like it was picked with care.
All training instructor gifts →- A mug for the early sessionsAn 11oz mug with their name and training instructor gets used at the coffee station before the first class starts.
- A hoodie for the cold training roomTraining rooms are often kept cold for projectors and crowds, so a hoodie with their title earns its place.
- A tee with their subjectAdd the subject they teach on the second line, such as forklift, CPR or customer service, so the shirt matches their work.
- A dark tee for the floorIf they spend time in the field or on the shop floor, a dark training instructor tee holds up to a long day.
