About this room director gift
A room director runs the floor of a residence hall, or a similar space, and spends most days handling the things that come up in the middle of the night: a roommate conflict, a sick student, a fire drill that goes wrong. They're usually the first adult a student calls when something goes sideways, and they're rarely thanked for it. A gift that acknowledges that work tends to land well. A tee or hoodie they can wear on move-in weekend or during a long on-call stretch, or a mug for the office coffee that's clearly theirs, shows you see the job for what it is. Add their name, or a second line for the building or the year they started, and it becomes their own. If you're buying for a whole staff of directors and resident advisors, the Team Shop lets you print one design with every person's name on their own shirt.
