About this admin assistant gift
The admin assistant is usually the person who actually knows how the office runs. They know where the spare toner lives, which calendar is double-booked, and who needs a gentle nudge about the expense report. Most of that work goes unnoticed until it stops, so a gift that says someone sees it lands well. Skip anything that screams office supplies and go for something they'd wear or use on their own time. A soft tee for casual Friday, a hoodie for the over-air-conditioned conference room, a mug that stays on their desk where nobody borrows it. Make it theirs by adding their name, a title like Executive Assistant or Office Manager, or a dry line about keeping everything together. Administrative Professionals Day falls in the last full week of April, which makes it the natural time to order, though a new job or a work anniversary is just as good a reason.
All admin assistant gifts →- A desk mug with their nameAn 11oz mug with their name or title on it stays put on a desk where everyone knows whose it is. Add a second line with their role if the design has room.
- A hoodie for the cold officeAlmost every office runs cold, and an admin assistant sits near the front door and the vents. A hoodie with their title gets worn more than most desk gifts.
- Matching tees for the front office teamPick one design in the Team Shop, paste the names of everyone on the admin team, and choose a size for each person. It makes a good Administrative Professionals Day gift from a department.
- A tee with a joke only they'd getMany designs let you edit the text, so you can type the phrase the whole office quotes back to them. An inside joke beats a generic thank-you.
