About this admin coord gift
The admin coordinator is usually the person who knows where everything is. The shared calendar, the vendor contact, the supply closet key, the reason the Thursday meeting moved. They keep a dozen small things from becoming big problems, and most days the only proof is that nothing went wrong. A gift for them should say you noticed. Humor tends to land well here, since this crowd lives on color-coded spreadsheets and calendar invites, so a design that jokes about the job usually gets a laugh and a spot in the weekly rotation. You can type their actual title in the text box, whether that's Admin Coord, Office Coordinator or something longer, and add their name or the department on the second line where a design has one. A mug is the safe daily-use pick for a desk that sees a lot of coffee. A hoodie fits the over-air-conditioned office. If you're buying for a whole front-office crew, the Team Shop prints the same design with each person's name.
All admin coord gifts →- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with their title or name on it. It sits next to the keyboard and gets used every morning, so it earns its spot fast.
- A hoodie for the cold officeAlmost every office runs cold, and a hoodie with their title on the front is the layer they'll actually keep at work. Add the department on the second line if the design has one.
- Matching tees for the office teamPick one design in the Team Shop and paste in everyone's names. It works well for a company event or a casual Friday, with each person getting their own size.
- A tee for the one who runs the placeFor the coordinator everyone quietly relies on, a light or dark tee with their title and name says you know who keeps things moving. Dark tees suit anyone who prefers to skip the pastel.
