About this admin coordinator gift
An admin coordinator is the person who knows where everything is. The shared calendar, the supply closet, the vendor who actually picks up the phone, and which executive needs coffee before a nine o'clock meeting. It's work that keeps a whole office running and gets noticed mostly when something goes wrong, so a gift that says you see it counts for a lot. Keep it useful and a little funny. A mug is the obvious winner for a desk that sees a hundred interruptions a day, and a soft tee or hoodie covers the casual Friday and the cold conference room. Put their name on it, or add a line that fits the job: Chief of Everything, Keeper of the Calendar, or the title on their badge. Administrative Professionals Day falls in late April, and it's also a natural fit for a work anniversary, a promotion or a farewell card that's finally more than a signature.
