About this advanced supervisor gift
An advanced supervisor is the person who knows how the whole operation runs and still gets pulled into every problem that doesn't have an obvious owner. They're coaching newer team members, handling the escalations, fielding questions from above and below, and rarely hearing a plain thank you for any of it. That makes a gift that simply says you see the work land better than a generic boss-day trinket. A hoodie is a safe pick for the long days and the overly cold office. A mug with their title on it will sit on the desk through every meeting. Make it theirs by typing the exact title, adding a team or department on the second line, or putting a work anniversary year underneath. If you're buying for the person who's just earned the promotion, the title itself is the gift. If you're a team shopping together, the Team Shop prints one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which works well for a group thanking the person who leads them.
All advanced supervisor gifts →- A mug with their full titleAn 11oz mug with Advanced Supervisor on it, plus the team or department on the second line if the design has one. It's the one they'll reach for every morning.
- A promotion hoodieFor someone who just stepped into the role, a hoodie with the title and the year marks the moment and gets plenty of wear afterward.
- Matching shirts from the whole teamChoose one design in the Team Shop, paste everyone's names, and pick a size for each person. It's a thank-you the supervisor can see lined up in the break room.
- A tee for the family to wearKids tees and a baby onesie are available for some designs, so a supervisor's kids can wear a shirt that says what their parent does.
