About this compressor gift
A compressor is a machine, but the person who works on compressors is a technician, mechanic or engineer, and they're usually on their feet in a shop, a plant or a cold mechanical room. They deal with hot pumps, grease, and equipment that has to run for weeks without a hiccup, so the gifts they keep are the ones that hold up to the job and look like they belong to someone who knows the trade. A dark tee or a hoodie suits the shop floor, and an 11 oz mug gives them a coffee cup that stays theirs during the morning rounds. Put the word compressor on the front and add their name or their shop's line underneath, and it stops being a generic work shirt and becomes theirs. It's a practical gift for someone who spends their day keeping things running, and a bit of recognition for the skill that usually goes unnoticed.
