About this manager stone gift
A manager stone is a granite or stone-trade manager, someone who runs a yard, a crew, or a fabrication shop and spends the day balancing schedules, quotes and a lot of heavy material. Their gifts tend to be practical: something they can wear on a site or a showroom floor, something for the coffee they drink while planning the week. Stone work is dusty and cold in winter, so a warm hoodie lands well. A dark tee suits a shop that gets grimy fast. A mug with their role on it is the kind of small thing that gets used every morning. If you don't know the exact title, you can type the word as it's used at their company, and the design will read the way they'd say it. Put their name on the second line so it feels like theirs and not a generic job shirt.
