About this team assembler gift
A team assembler builds the thing that goes out the door, which means they spend a lot of their day with a line of people and a clock running. Assembly work is often on their feet or hunched over a bench, and the best gifts for them are things that make the shift and the commute a bit easier: a soft tee for the warehouse floor, a hoodie for the cold dock, a mug for the break room where nobody else's coffee should go. Assembly crews also live on shared work, so the gifts that land tend to say something about the job itself. Put the role on the front, then use the second line for their shift, their line, or the year they started. That turns a generic shirt into one that means something to the people they stand next to. Many designs come as tees, hoodies and mugs, so you can match the gift to how they spend their day.
