About this access liaison gift
An access liaison is the person who makes sure the door is actually open: that a patient, a student, a visitor or an employee can get the services, accommodations or information they're entitled to. It's a role built on patience and follow-through, usually with a full inbox, a phone that doesn't stop and a lot of explaining things kindly for the third time that day. Because the title varies from place to place, the best gift is one that gets it right. Type access liaison exactly as it's written on their badge, or change the word to match their real title, and add the second line if the design has one: their department, their name, or the year they started. Gifts that notice the details of the work land better than anything generic. A tee for casual Fridays, a hoodie for the chilly office, or a mug that stays on their desk all day each say you understand what they do.
