About this afton gift
Afton is a small place, and people who come from there tend to hold onto it. Whether they grew up on the main street, moved away for work, or just have family scattered around town, a shirt with Afton on it says where they're from in a way a generic hometown tee never does. It's a good gift for someone who's left and gets homesick around the holidays, or for a family member who still goes back for every reunion and festival. Because the town name is short, the design has room to breathe, and you can add a second line for a street, a year they were born, or a school mascot if they went to school there. For a graduate heading off to college, a hoodie with Afton and the graduation year gives them something to wear on the first cold night far from home. A mug works well for the parent who wants a daily reminder of their town, and a kids tee or onesie can carry the name to the next generation before they've even left the hospital.
