About this albuquerque gift
Albuquerque people carry the high desert with them. Think of the sunrise hot air balloons over the Sandia foothills, green chile on everything, and the long, dry summers that make a cold drink feel like a small miracle. A shirt or hoodie that says Albuquerque is how someone who grew up there, or who fell for the city while studying or working in it, shows where they belong. It's a good gift for anyone who has moved away and misses the mountains at sunset or the smell of roasting chiles in late summer. For a transplant, a mug or onesie with the city name is a quiet way of saying they've adopted it. You can make it theirs by adding a neighborhood, a school, or a year they arrived, and the preview will show you how the line sits before you order.
