About this audio visual specialist gift
Audio visual specialists are the people who make the room work. They set up projectors and microphones before the keynote, troubleshoot a dead HDMI cable while the speaker waits, and somehow stay calm when the livestream drops in the middle of a wedding toast. Most of their job happens behind the scenes, so a gift that acknowledges the work tends to land well. A soft tee for the long load-in day, a hoodie for the cold ballroom or the cable-tangled booth, or a mug for the coffee they drink while fixing somebody else's laptop. Put their title on it as the main line, then use the second line for their name or their company's shorthand if they use one. It turns a generic job shirt into something they'll wear to the next gig.
