About this audio visual supervisor gift
An audio visual supervisor is the person who keeps the room working: they set up the projectors, mics and streaming gear before the event, and they're the one fixing the HDMI cable at the last minute when the slides won't come up. Most of their job happens behind the scenes, so a gift that shows you noticed the work tends to land well. A tee or dark tee with their title on it is a fun one for the conference or install days when they're on a ladder. A hoodie is useful for the cold, cable-filled load-ins in rooms that never seem to be warm. A mug with their title is the kind of thing that sits on the AV desk and gets used every morning. You can add a second line with their company's short name or their years in the trade to make it feel personal to them.
