About this ballard gift
Ballard is a last name and also a neighborhood in Seattle, so the people who'd receive this gift might be a family that has been passing the name down for generations, or someone who grew up in the Ballard area and still talks about the fishing boats and the Sunday farmers market. Either way, a shirt or mug with their name on it tells them you noticed them. If they're a Ballard by birth, the family name on a hoodie for a reunion or a new baby is the obvious choice. If they're the one who moved away from Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, a design with the neighborhood name is the kind of small thing that brings a memory back on a gray morning. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a first name, a birth year, a family crest-style date, or the neighborhood to make it specific to them. For a group of relatives, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
