About this big chimney gift
Big Chimney is a small place, so the people who come from there tend to hold on to it. Whether someone grew up there, moved away, or just passes through often enough to call it home, a shirt with the town name is a way of saying where they're from without a long explanation. Small towns make good gifts because the people who love them are proud of them, and a shirt or mug with the name on it is the kind of thing they'll wear to a family gathering or keep on a desk in another state. If you know the town well, add a detail only locals would recognize, like a street, a school year or a family name, in the second line. If you don't know much about the town itself, lean on the person instead: their nickname, their graduating class, or the year they left, and let the name do the rest.
