About this bonnie doone gift
Bonnie Doone is a small place name, and a shopper giving a shirt or mug with it is probably connected to somewhere called Bonnie Doone in some way, maybe a hometown, a street, or a neighborhood they've lived in. Because the word is less familiar than a big city, the best gifts lean on the person's own memory of the place rather than on anything general. A tee for the person who grew up there, a hoodie for a visitor who keeps coming back, or a mug for the transplant who misses the spot. You can add a second line for a year, a street or a family name to make the piece theirs. If you aren't sure how the person feels about the place, a shirt is a low-risk way to start the conversation and let them tell you the story behind it.
