About this calimesa gift
Calimesa is a small city in the San Bernardino Mountains foothills of Riverside County, California, close to Yucaipa and the Oak Glen apple country. People who live there tend to know each other by face, and a shirt that says Calimesa is a way of saying where you're from without a long explanation. It works for the kid who grew up going to school there and now lives three states away, for the grandparent who has been in the same house since the 1980s, and for the new arrival who is still learning the local roads. Because the place is small, a shirt that names the city and a second line with a street, a school class year or a family name feels personal in a way a generic souvenir never does. Pick the product that fits the person: a hoodie for cold mornings in the hills, a mug for the kitchen table, or a kids tee for a child who wants to match the grown-ups.
