About this catasauqua gift
Catasauqua is a small borough in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them wherever they go. A shirt with the name is how someone who left for college, a job in Philadelphia or a long stretch overseas shows where they're from, and how a former neighbor spots them across a parking lot. Because it's a small place, the name itself carries the story. You can keep it simple, or add a second line with a year, a street, a school class or a nickname the town used. For a homesick transplant, a mug with the borough name is a daily reminder of home. For a relative who never leaves, a hoodie for the cold months is a gift they'll actually wear, and that's the real measure of a good one.
