About this cave city gift
Cave City is a small town in south-central Kentucky, close to Mammoth Cave National Park, and a lot of the people who call it home have a real connection to the caves, the tourism, or simply growing up somewhere where everybody knows everybody. A Cave City shirt is how someone who grew up there, or who moved away and misses it, wears the place with pride. It suits a summer trip back home, a family reunion, or a graduation from the local high school. Because it's a small town, a shirt with the name on it often gets stopped and talked about in a way a big-city tee never does. If you know the family's story, add the year they graduated or the year they moved away on the second line, so the shirt becomes their own memory of the place and not just a souvenir.
