About this champlin gift
Champlin is a place name, and people who grew up in it or near it tend to hold onto that. Someone who left for college or a job out of state may still reach for anything that says home, and a shirt with the town's name is an easy way to say it without a speech. Because the word is a city, the gift works best when it names the person's own connection to it: the year they moved away, the high school they went to, the street they grew up on. Add that as a second line and the shirt stops being a souvenir and starts being their story. A hoodie suits the cold months, a mug suits the kitchen they call home, and a kids tee or onesie lets a new generation of the family start wearing the name early.
