About this chemical engineering intern gift
A chemical engineering intern is usually somewhere between a student and a professional, spending summers in a plant, a lab or a pilot facility learning how process design meets real equipment and real deadlines. They're often carrying a stack of safety training, a lab notebook they're proud of and a lot of questions they're a little nervous to ask. A gift that marks this stage, something they can wear to the lab or keep on the desk, lands well. A tee or hoodie with their title and the year of their internship works for a first real job, and a mug is a good everyday reminder of the summer they got their foot in the door. Add the company's name only if you're sure of the spelling and they're comfortable having it on a shirt, and add their school or graduation year if you want it to mean more to them. The intern wins when the gift says this is where they started.
