About this coffee shop supervisor gift
A coffee shop supervisor is the person who opens early, covers the rush when someone calls out, and somehow knows where the spare oat milk is hiding. Their days run on caffeine, schedules and the constant hum of the espresso machine, so a gift that's useful during a long shift tends to land best. A mug for the morning pour, a hoodie for the walk-in cooler and the chilly open, or a tee for their off days all work well. The detail that makes it theirs is the title itself. Supervisor on a shirt tells the story of someone who's been promoted from the bar and now carries the keys. You can keep it to the job, or add the shop name or a year they started, if you know those details and the shop isn't one with a trademark. Many coworkers and family members give this kind of gift during a promotion, a work anniversary or the holidays, when the shift schedule is at its most punishing.
