About this crisis manager gift
A crisis manager is the person who gets the call when everything else has already gone wrong. They're juggling phone trees, press statements and a worried executive all at once, and they often work nights and weekends for stretches that stretch on for weeks. The gifts that tend to land for someone in this job are the ones that acknowledge the pressure without making a joke of it: a comfortable hoodie for the long days in the office, or a tee they can wear on the one day off they manage to take. A mug with their title on it is a small, daily nod to work that takes more out of them than most people realize. If you want it to feel personal, add their name or the organization they work for on the second line, then keep it simple. Crisis managers spend their days talking about other people's worst moments, so a gift that's calm, clean and clearly thought about is a good fit.
