About this design supervisor gift
A design supervisor usually has the job of keeping a creative team on schedule and on brief, which means a lot of reviewing drafts, giving notes and catching problems before they reach the client. Their days are full of screens, meetings and deadlines that never quite line up. The gifts they tend to keep are the ones that acknowledge that work without making a joke of it: a soft tee they can wear on a Saturday, a hoodie for the studio that runs cold during long review sessions, or a mug that is clearly theirs so it doesn't disappear into the kitchen. Putting their job title on it is the simplest way to make it personal. Type design supervisor as the main line, and add a second line with their studio, their department or a year they started if you know it. It reads as a gift from someone who pays attention to what they do all day.
