About this director ux gift
A UX director usually sits between the design team, the product managers and the executives, translating user research into decisions that someone has to defend in a room full of people who want a different answer. They run critiques, set the standards for how a product should feel, and spend a lot of their week in meetings about the one screen everybody has an opinion on. A gift that acknowledges that job lands better than a generic work item. A tee or hoodie with UX Director on it works well for the weekend, and a mug with their title is the one on the desk that gets used every morning. If they've recently moved into the role, a title change is a good reason to order something. Add a second line with their team or company name, or the year they took the job, so it reads as theirs rather than a template.
