About this dogwood gift
Dogwood is a tree, and a Dogwood is a place, a town or a neighborhood where the trees bloom white and pink every spring. The person who'd receive this gift probably grew up near those trees or still lives somewhere they line the street. A shirt or hoodie with the word on it is a way to claim that place without a long explanation, and it reads well at a reunion, a homecoming or a state fair. If the recipient moved away, a mug with Dogwood on it is the small daily reminder of where they're from. Type the town or county into the second line of any design to make it specific. Shoppers buying for a teenager or a new baby can use the kids tees and onesies, which are easy to wear around town and make a good first piece of local pride.
