About this exira gift
Exira is a small town in western Iowa, and the people who grew up there tend to keep the connection for life, whether they stayed or moved to Des Moines, Omaha or somewhere much farther away. A town that size runs on high school games, church suppers and people who know your family name, so a shirt that says Exira reads as a quiet statement of where someone is from. It works best for the person who left and still gets homesick, or the local who wears their hometown without thinking twice. A hoodie suits the cold Iowa winters, and a mug is the everyday reminder on the kitchen counter. Add a second line for a graduation year, a family name or a street address and it becomes theirs rather than a generic town shirt.
