About this extrusion supervisor gift
An extrusion supervisor keeps a line running: watching die temperatures, pressure and throughput on the press, catching a drifting profile before it becomes scrap, and making sure the shift hands off cleanly to the next crew. It's hot, loud, repetitive work where a good supervisor is quietly responsible for a lot of metal, plastic or aluminum leaving the plant in spec. A gift that acknowledges that specific job lands better than a generic work shirt. A tee or hoodie with their title on it is something they can wear to the plant, to the hardware store or to a weekend project, and a mug suits the break room coffee that keeps them going through a long run. Add their name, their shift or the plant's line number on the second line and it becomes theirs. If you're buying for a whole crew, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each supervisor's name on their own shirt.
