About this floor associate gift
A floor associate is the person customers actually find when they can't find anything else. Most of the shift is on their feet, walking the aisles, restocking, answering the same question about where the batteries are for the twentieth time, and then doing it again with a smile. The gifts that land with them are the ones that make the long shifts a little more comfortable and show that someone noticed the work. A soft tee for the drive in, a hoodie for the chilly stockroom, a mug that's clearly theirs for the break room. What makes a floor associate gift feel personal is the detail that says you know the job. Put the title on it, or add their department or store role on a second line, so it reads as theirs and not a generic work shirt. If you're shopping for a whole team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt, which is a nice way to say thanks to everyone at once.
All floor associate gifts →- A tee for the shiftA light or dark tee with floor associate and their name on the second line makes a good everyday shirt for the sales floor.
- A hoodie for the stockroomStockrooms and early-morning openings run cold, so a hoodie they can layer over their work shirt will get worn all season.
- A name mug for the break roomAn 11 oz mug with their name keeps the coffee from wandering off to the back table.
- Matching shirts for the whole teamPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the team's names. Everyone gets their own shirt in their own size.
