About this follow up representative gift
A follow up representative is the person who calls the customer back, checks the open ticket, and keeps a difficult case from falling through the cracks. The job is mostly patience, careful notes, and a lot of phone time, so the gifts that land tend to be the ones that make a long shift easier. A soft tee for a casual Friday, a hoodie for the cold headset-and-cubicle hours, or a mug with their name so the coffee doesn't get mixed up in a shared kitchen all show you understand what their day looks like. Putting their title on it makes the gift specific to their work rather than a generic office shirt. If you're buying for a whole support team, one design in the Team Shop with each person's name on their own shirt is a nice way to say thanks without a group email.
All follow up representative gifts →- A tee with their job titleType follow up representative into the main line and add their name on the second line for a shirt that's clearly theirs.
- A mug for the deskAn 11oz mug with their title or name keeps their coffee out of the shared kitchen and reminds them of the team.
- A hoodie for the long shiftsCalls can run cold in some offices, so a hoodie with their title is something they'll reach for on the long days.
- Matching shirts for the teamPick one design in the Team Shop and paste the team's names. Everyone gets their own shirt in their own size.
