About this follow up supervisor gift
A follow up supervisor is the person who checks on the work after the first pass is done, catches what slipped through, and makes sure nothing stays open longer than it should. They usually work behind the scenes, so their effort tends to go unnoticed until something goes wrong. A gift that puts their job title front and center acknowledges that quiet work in a way a generic thank-you card never quite does. A shirt or hoodie suits the team lead who wears comfortable clothes on the floor, and a mug is the one the desk keeps reaching for during long afternoons of callbacks and status updates. If you want it to feel specific, add the team, the shift, or the year they took the role on the second line, so the design reflects their actual place in the operation. Keep the wording as they'd write it on their own badge, and the result will read as a real acknowledgment rather than a novelty.
