About this fort edward gift
Fort Edward is a small village along the Hudson in upstate New York, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. Whether they stayed or moved to the city, a shirt with the village name is a way of saying where they're from without a long explanation. Small places like this have their own kind of pride: the local high school, the summer evenings, the people who still know your family. A Fort Edward shirt or hoodie makes a good gift for someone who's moved away and misses home, or for someone who never left and wears their hometown without a second thought. Add a second line for a graduation year, a street, or a nickname the family uses, and it becomes theirs. A mug works for the kitchen table where they plan their next trip back, and a baby onesie is a simple way to start a new family's connection to the place.
