About this goldfield gift
Goldfield is a small town, and people who grew up there tend to stay attached to it, whether they still live nearby or ended up hundreds of miles away. A shirt with the town name is how they say where they're from without a long explanation. It suits the person who went home for a reunion, a homecoming weekend, or a holiday, and the one who keeps a little piece of hometown pride in a cubicle or a college dorm. Because the town is small, a shirt or mug with Goldfield on it is the kind of thing a shopper can find easily and be sure it's the right place. If you know their street, their class year, or the year they left, add that on the second line so it's clearly theirs. A hoodie makes sense for cold-weather visits, and a mug is a good everyday reminder for someone who misses the place.
