About this hurtsboro gift
Hurtsboro is a small town in Russell County, Alabama, and people who grew up there tend to carry it with them. A shirt with the town name is how a former resident says where they're from when the conversation at a new job or a college dorm turns to hometowns. It's also a gift that fits the small-town homecoming: a reunion, a holiday visit, a family weekend when everyone drives back in. Because the town is small, a shirt or mug with Hurtsboro on it is a conversation starter that a bigger city's skyline can't match. Add a second line for a graduating class, a family name or the year they left, and it becomes their story rather than a souvenir. A hoodie suits the cold months back home, and a mug works for the transplant who misses the slower pace of the place they started.
