About this lawton gift
Lawton is a city in southwest Oklahoma, home to Fort Sill and a lot of families who've moved around the country and back again. A Lawton shirt tends to matter most to someone who's far from it, or to a family that has roots there and wants a way to say so. For a longtime resident, a tee or hoodie is an easy way to claim the city, whether they're headed to a hometown game, a reunion or just the errands they've run for years. For someone who has left, a mug on the kitchen counter keeps the place close. Many designs have a second line, so you can add a neighborhood, a street or a year they moved away, and the shirt becomes about their Lawton rather than a generic souvenir. It's a practical, affectionate gift that fits the person who has a story tied to this place.
