About this lean leader gift
A lean leader is usually the person who keeps a team's process running smoothly while everyone else is fighting fires, and they often get less thanks than they deserve. They run the value stream walks, track the flow metrics, and quietly kill the waste that nobody else noticed. A tee or hoodie with their title on it says you see the work behind the work. Put their role or team on the second line, something like Operations, Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement, so it reads as their own. An 11 oz mug suits the desk where they plan kaizen events and cover the whiteboard in sticky notes. If you're buying for a whole improvement team, the Team Shop lets you order one design with each person's name on their own shirt.
