About this licensing director gift
A licensing director usually sits between the creative side and the business side, deciding which brands, characters and designs can appear on which products, and negotiating the royalty deals that make it happen. The job means a lot of calls, a lot of contracts, and a lot of conversations about whether a product will actually sell. A gift that recognizes that work lands well when it's a little dry-humored, the way people in the field talk about themselves. A tee or hoodie with their title is a good start, especially for someone who spends their days in meetings and would enjoy wearing something casual that still says what they do. A mug suits the office, where the coffee probably gets cold while they're on a call. You can make it theirs by adding their company's initials on a second line, or the year they started in the role. Keep the design simple and let the title do the work.
All licensing director gifts →- A hoodie for the long-meeting daysLicensing directors often juggle calls across time zones, so a warm hoodie with their title is something they can wear on a video call without looking like they're dressed for the office.
- A mug for the deskAn 11 oz mug with their title keeps their coffee where they can reach it between negotiations.
- A tee with a second lineAdd the company name or the year they joined the team as a second line, so the shirt is specific to their career.
- A dark tee for a casual weekendA dark shirt with their title suits the trade show floor or a relaxed weekend, when they finally get to take the job off.
