About this lubec gift
Lubec is a small town at the far eastern edge of Maine, on the water and close enough to Canada that the border sits a short drive away. People who live there tend to be fiercely attached to it, through long winters, fishing seasons and the quiet that comes with being at the end of the road. A Lubec shirt is how someone wears that attachment out in the world, whether they never left or moved away years ago and still call it home. For someone who grew up there and now lives elsewhere, a mug or hoodie with the town name is a small piece of the coast they miss. For someone who stayed, it's a simple way to claim the place. Add a year or a line that matches their story, and the word on the shirt becomes theirs.
