About this lurgan gift
Lurgan is a town in County Armagh, in Northern Ireland, and people from there tend to carry it with them wherever they go. Someone who grew up in Lurgan might have spent years in Belfast, Dublin, Glasgow or further afield, and a shirt with the town on it is a quick way to say where they're really from. It's the kind of gift that suits a homesick cousin in America, a friend who's emigrated, or a parent who still talks about the town they left. Because Lurgan is a smaller place than the big cities, people who know it often feel a real connection to it, so a design with the town name and a second line for a street, a school or a year says more than a generic souvenir. A Lurgan mug fits the morning routine of someone who misses home, and a hoodie works for a winter spent far from the place they grew up.
